Turnaround time can vary depending on the property type and the scope of the assignment. For most residential properties, appraisal reports are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days after the date of inspection, while more complex or specialized properties require additional research and are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days. These designations ensure the appraiser has met rigorous education, training, and professional standards, providing you with a reliable and unbiased opinion of value.

Yes, we are listed on all the primary and secondary approved appraiser panels with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. This means our appraisal reports are recognized and accepted for mortgage financing, refinancing, and other lending purposes, giving clients and lenders confidence in the accuracy and dependability of our work.

The appraisal report is provided only to the client who orders it, whether that’s a homeowner, lender, or other authorized party. In accordance with the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s (AIC) professional standards, all information contained in the report is kept strictly confidential. No other parties can access the appraisal without the client’s explicit consent, ensuring complete privacy and confidentiality throughout the process.
